Brad Johnson
Founder
I’m the founder of Eden Village and serving as the CEO as an unpaid volunteer. After flunking retirement, God led me to start this non-profit and lead the way in developing this project. A native Tulsan, I have a BS in Biology and Masters in Education from Oklahoma State. After teaching junior high science for 7 years, I started my first lawn care business in 1984 and went on to build and sell two others in my 32-year business career. God is now using my 72 years of life experience, contacts, and entrepreneur wisdom towards developing EV1 and possibly EV2&EV3.

Marc Clayton
Community Director
Hello! I’m Marc Clayton, and I have the opportunity to serve as the Community Director at Eden Village Tulsa, where I am passionate about walking alongside individuals transitioning from chronic homelessness into our community. With experience in mental health, addiction recovery, and transitional programs, and having a Masters Degree in Counseling, I bring a relationship-centered approach to serving neighbors with dignity and compassion. I believe lasting transformation happens through consistency, healthy accountability, and authentic community, and I am committed to helping create a place where every neighbor feels valued, supported, and at home.

Liz Maccoy
Support Specialist
Hi, I’m Liz Maccoy. I’ve been part of the Eden Village team since the fall of 2024 and have had the privilege of watching this community grow from the ground up, including helping welcome our very first neighbor home. With a Master’s degree in Theology from ORU, I’m passionate about building meaningful relationships and loving our neighbors well. As a Support Specialist, my days are spent connecting with neighbors, volunteers, and the community. My favorite part of the job is move-in day—seeing a neighbor’s face light up as they unlock the door to their new home. The hardest part is saying goodbye when someone leaves. At Eden Village, we love hard, work hard, and embrace whatever each day brings.
